Plans change. Here is exactly what happens.
The same MDN cancellation and refund terms, reorganized so you can understand your options before registering.
If you cancel
Your options depend on timing.
Refunds apply only to the course for which you originally registered. A registration seat and fee cannot be transferred to another person.
30+ days before your seminar
Request a refund of the original registration payment, less the 3% credit-card transaction charge.
Within 30 days
The registration is not refundable. You may move to another date/course at no charge or retain the payment as course credit.
After attending
No refund is available once you have taken the course.
Duplicate or mistaken payment
Eligible duplicate, mistake, sold-out or ineligible-student refunds are reduced by the 3% transaction charge.
Important: Once you switch courses or apply retained credit to another course, the payment is no longer refundable.
If MDN cancels
You choose a refund or transfer.
If MDN cancels because enrollment is too low or the event cannot be hosted, registered participants may choose a full refund or a full transfer to another seminar.
Retained credit does not expire.
A full refund must be requested within 30 days of the canceled course date.
MDN and the host are not responsible for airfare, hotel or other travel expenses.
UNCONTROLLABLE INTERRUPTION
Weather, emergencies and acts beyond MDN’s control
If a seminar is interrupted or canceled by an act of God or another circumstance outside MDN’s control, the registration is not refunded. You may transfer at no charge to the same type of seminar on a future date and at another location.
Verify your board requirements before enrolling.
MDN does not provide a refund if your licensing board does not approve or recognize a dry needling course, continuing-education hours or certification. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm the requirements that apply to their profession and state.
