If at anytime during the seminar videos are no longer playing or saying there is a privacy issue(for a few people in the class, but not everyone) then it is a issue with your computer. 1. make sure you are on CHROME browser. If that doesn't work then clear your cache. And if that doesn't work then turn off/on your computer.

3. If still doesn't work, restart your computer (turn off/on)
If no one can view the videos it can be a security issue at the location (hospitals, universities and big companies have this problem) then IT for this organization will need to allow access to Masterdryneedling.com
If no one can view the videos and it's not a security issue at the location then it can be slow internet speed at the location. If anyone who has unlimited data can use their phone or hotspot that will free up bandwidth.
