āI am 1 year post ankle replacement. I have lost a significant amount of dorsiflexion (which is demonstrated in the picture with the black tennis shoes) . I received two separate treatments to my right lower leg: One on Friday that focused on my medial calf, and one on Saturday that focused on my extensor digitorum & extensor hallicus longs, which was the problem identified by Lisa. After day one I experience some relief and developed a lot of Achilles pain. This was explained to me that since we had lengthen the gastric. After day two, I experienced tremendous relief and an incredible improvement in my range of motion in both seated dorsiflexion & As well as stand squat with minimal soreness. This is demonstrated in the picture with the pink tennis shoes.
All in all, I am incredibly happy with the results in our experiencing a larger range of motion than I have seen in about five years!!
Iām very grateful to Lisa , and to your program for everything that I learned this weekendā š
